Email Migration to Google Apps for USD 9/mailbox

To take advantage of the incredible storage and search capabilities of Google Apps you will probably wish to migrate your existing emails, contacts and calendars to Google Apps.

There are several options available to you for how you migrate your existing data to Google Apps and we shall advise on the best approach for you. Of course, the approach Zurinox adopt depends very much on which email server you are using, where it is located and what type of desktop applications for email you are using.

The tools available to migrate your existing emails include:

Mail Fetcher - for web based email accounts
IMAP migration - for hosted email servers
Email Uploader - for desktop email applications
Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook - desktop tool to sync outlook data with Google Apps

Zurinox will recommend the appropriate migration option for your environment and even use a combination of approaches to provide a complete data migration service for all your users.

Where necessary, we can advise your users on how to perform the desktop upload or sync routines, provide email and telephone support or use remote desktop control to perform the task on your users behalf. The migration will be setup, tested, completed and handed over to your users.

Google Apps Shared Contacts Setup for USD 49

All your colleagues will appear as a shared contact within your Google Apps environment, e.g. Gmail. This makes scheduling meetings and sending emails to colleagues very simple, as Google Apps automatically populates the "To, Cc, Bcc" fields with your shared contacts. This is the equivalent of having a Global Address Book in other email server systems, so that's fantastic.

Your personal address book contains the email addresses of everybody you have sent and received email to at least twice. This happens automatically with out any effort from you and all your personal contacts remain private.

If you would like to have an additional shared address book, for example of customers, partners or suppliers, that is made available to all users, then we can set this up for you. An additional option will appear when Google Apps auto populates the address field in applications (such as Gmail) showing the shared address book contacts directly below your own personal contacts.

In order to activate this service for you Zurinox will follow the steps below:

Receive a CSV file with all your shared contacts
The file can contain upto 25000 contacts
Create a data map for the contacts you wish to import (address, birthdays, telephone numbers, from Outlook,etc)
Import the shared address book for you
Shared contacts will be available 24 hours after the import has been completed.

Google Apps SPAM and Virus Setup (Postini) USD 79

Your Google Apps Premier, Education and Non-Profit editions include the advanced SPAM and virus filters as standard. When this service is activated you are able to offer your end users personal SPAM Quarantines that they can manage themselves. In addition powerful rules can be setup to avoid sensitive data leaving your company, like credit card numbers. There are standard rules when the service is activated and custom rules can be designed.
